Véritable pratique du Mahāmudrā\, elle est fondée sur l’intelligence de l’illusion et de la compassion dans une activité de type non conventionnel. Une pratique yogique pour trancher les attachements et nous libérer de ce qui nous possède. \nCe séminaire-retraite propose à la fois une découverte ou une révision des fondements de la pratique et un temps de pratique et d’approfondissement collectif intense. \nDenys Rinpoché donnera l’initiation de cette pratique. \nApporter ses instruments : damaru\, cloche et kangling.
